Refund policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or TIEN store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items that are received after 14 days will not be accepted for return/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once and if approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show up in your account.
